Under the Ethical Code, personnel must immediately report to their direct superior, Head of General Affairs or the Managing Director whenever there is an indication of Ethical Code violations directly or indirectly committed by other personnel for immediate action.

All information received will be investigated on a strictly confidential basis. According to the Ethical Code, the company reassures the whistle blower of full confidentiality that there will be no termination, demotion, threat, prosecution or discrimination for those who report a violation of this Ethical Code.
