Wintermar's Journey in Offshore Support Vessels

Wintermar, once a humble tug and barge operator, has evolved into a leading regional player in the Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) industry. With over 5 decades of experience, the Company has expanded its operations to more than 13 countries over the years and currently serves a wide range of multinational clients. Wintermar has demonstrated resilience and adaptability in the face of industry challenges, focusing on long-term sustainability and continuous improvement.

Throughout our journey of more than 50 years, Wintermar has consistently gained a deeper understanding of the changes impacting the offshore business, along with the ability to adapt by aligning our services in response to these changes. As a result, the Company has bounced back from the downturn in the oil and gas industry in recent years, with a strong balance sheet, a more efficient fleet, and a supportive shore team. Our focus on long-term sustainability has enabled us to build strength in the most crucial aspects of our business and create value for all our stakeholders.
