Wintermar is committed to limiting the impact of operations on the environment, which includes identification of sources of marine, atmospheric and pollution and measures for the reduction of potential impacts both onboard and ashore.

Environmental Certifications
The Company maintains several environmental certifications on the fleet based on the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) for the protection of the environment, including the International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate (IAPP), International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate (IOPP), International Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate (ISPP), International Ballast Water Management Certificate (IBWM), International Pollution Prevention Certificate for the Carriage of Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk, Anti-Fouling System Certificate and International Energy Efficiency Certificate (IECC).
