We are searching for dynamic, qualified and highly motivated personnel to be a part of our team, with the following available positions:


PORT CAPTAIN (PC)

PC is responsible to ensure smooth operations including vessel documentation, crew matters and compliance to Company Manual, safety procedures and cultures on board.

Requirements:

  • Minimal Deck Officer Class II
  • Having 3 years experience as Master on board or similar position on shore based.
  • Good understanding in vessel operation.
  • Show good leadership and initiative. Reliable and diligent with high integrity.

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT (TS)

TS is responsible to manage all technical aspects of the vessels assigned, including maintenance (using Planned Maintenance System), repair, docking, and conduct vessel inspection according to IMCA standards.

Requirements:

  • Marine Engineer Class II or a Degree in Shipbuilding/ Marine Engineering.
  • 5 years experience as Chief Engineer on board or Marine/Technical Superintendent in shipping Industry
  • Show good leadership and initiative. Reliable and diligent with high integrity.

VESSEL MANAGER (VM)

VM is responsible for overall performance of vessels and team under his supervision, providing leadership in all aspects including safety and ensuring vessel team members carry out their respective duties accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Deck Officer/ Marine Engineer Class II or Bachelor Degree in Management or Engineering (Marine).
  • 3 years experience as Manager at shipping/ offshore/ oil and gas Company, with great knowledge on vessel management and operation.
  • Good communication skill, fluent in English.
  • Good ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and with many groups of people.
  • Willing to travel through to all vessel operated area.

TECHNICAL MANAGER (TM)

TM is responsible to ensure that all vessels are well maintained as well as to support / mentor Vessel Team vessel maintenance, safety at work and solving technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Marine Engineer Class II or Degree in Engineering (Marine) or Ship Building.
  • 5 years experience as Technical Manager at shipping or shipyard Company, with great knowledge on types, technical, electrical and mechanical matters of offshore vessel.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Good ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and with many groups of people.
  • Willing to travel through to all vessel operated area.
